Pleas look this picture! It is Daifuku (a soft rice cake stuffed with sweetened bean jam) that my friend made. I had never eaten handmade Daifuku, so, I think she is great! Of course, it was very good.
I want to make strawberry-daifuku, but strawberries are out of season now, so I will make new daifuku. For example, I want to use apple instead of strawberry. If you have good ideas, please tell me. I will try them, and I introduce on this blog.[84/5035]
